Our Process

How do we get from a giant piece of black steel to a beautiful piece of art work for you to enjoy? Take a peek at our process from start to finish so you know exactly what goes into making every piece of finishing work.

Our customers have come to us with hundreds of unique ideas. We can take your most custom ideas and bring them to life, or we have template designs if you’re looking for a certain “feel” such as outdoors/woodsy for example. Once we determine your design the real fun begins for us.

We usually work start with a 5’x10′ piece of steel that’s 1/8th of an inch thick and weighs roughly 250 pounds…we can cut up to 1/2″ pieces of steel with our equipment. Each panel is CNC plasma cut and then post processed being prepped for paint, adhesion, welding, deburring, etc. CNC stands for Computerized Numerical Control. It is a computerized manufacturing process in which pre-programmed software and code controls the movement of production equipment.

After the cutting we have everything powder-coated and painted. If we’re making you a beautiful new fire pit, we use paint with a heat limit up to 2000 degrees. We can also hold specific tolerances for any needs our customers may have.

We truly look forward to every piece we make and our customers reactions. Thanks for taking the time to learn more about how we make it happen for you.
